he candidate sends his application, including his CV, by means of candidacy forum ONLY during one of the two Recruitment sessions. The candidate will be contacted by a JECatt HR Manager to attend an Assessment Center.
A group of eight candidates will be required to deal with a Business Case, working in team and seeking a solution through the collaboration and discussion with other candidates.
During this 45 minutes interview, each candidate will have the chance to highlight his own ability, skills and aptitudes at the eyes of JECatt’s recruiters. Some departments require additional technical interviews.
Candidates who will successfully complete the first selection will have to begin a trial period: they will have the opportunity to join the Association, at the same level of other members. They will take part in all the internal and training processes, integrated into the Junior Enterprise.
Candidates who will successfully complete the trial period as well, will be admitted as JECatt Associates.
